Layered pancake:

Ingredients for 10 persons

Bake the pancakes, layer them onto eachother with different fillings.

Fillings:
Mix the cottage cheese with clarified butter, cream, yolk, raisin, and some sugar. Flavour it with lemon rind and vanilla.
Add some cream, sugar and lemon rind to the ground walnut. Mix them well.

Put the first pancake to an ovenproof pan, which is greased with butter. Spread the pancake with the walnut cream, put another pancake on it. Spread it with the cottage cheese cream and powder it with chocolate. Put another pancake on it. Spread it with apricot jam. Put another pancake on it. And so on, until the end of the fillings. End it with a pancake.

Put the pan into the oven for 10 minutes. During it beat the egg white with sugar and add a spoon of apricot jam. After the 10 minutes put the egg white on the pancakes and put it back to the oven for another 5 minutes.
