Pancake a’la Hortobágy:

Ingredients for 10 persons

Mince the chicken paprika (without the bone and the skin of it). Fry it on butter in a pan with salt, pepper and parsley leaf for 10-15 minutes. Stuffed the pancakes with the meat and roll the pancakes. Pour the sauce of the chicken paprika on the pancakes, and decorate them with the paprika and the tomato.
